Right now, over 300,000 FAA-approved Chromalloy-engineered PMA and Airfoil Replacement parts are operating in commercial and military engines around the world. These components are engineered to meet or exceed the performance, reliability and durability specifications of OEM parts-while being offered at a lower cost. We design and manufacture HPT, LPT and HPC parts for a number of gas turbine engine types, and we provide PMA and alternative parts for high-cost, high-scrap components on all but the newest turbines. We work with advanced tools including vision-guided interactive laser welding and drilling to precisely craft even the most sophisticated turbine components.

Casting
Chromalloy's casting capabilities are unsurpassed and include single crystal technology. We currently operate several state-of-the-art centers for investment casting. These centers allow Chromalloy to provide engine manufacturers and operators with a single source for replacement parts-from design, development, production and casting, through machining and coating. By managing the entire supply chain process and delivering complete, engine-ready components, we reduce costs and save time for OEMs and operators.
