Description:
Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for a opening to join our organization.
Day to Day:
In this position you will manage and administer the Company’s Human Resource’s practices and policies and perform all necessary other duties to ensure maximum effectiveness of the Human Resources and Payroll function.  
What you will do:
  • Conduct recruitment efforts and new-employee orientation and ensure appropriate on boarding process of new employees.
  • Advise supervision/management on application of Company Policies and assure level of consistency.
  • Responsible for the effective administration of the company’s payroll function.
  • Communicate with employees in resolving conflicts and act as a mediator in facilitating resolution.
  • Review performance appraisals and action plans and provide feedback to leaders.  
  • Administer and provide updates to the company's annual Affirmative Action Plan.
  • Maintain Human Resource Information System records and compile reports from database.
  • Responsible for meeting FAA requirements of the company’s Drug & Alcohol Program. 
What you need to succeed:
  • Must have 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a small to medium sized company.
  • A Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent work experience.  A PHR or SPHR certification is a strong plus.   
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships with management, supervision and employees. 
  • Working knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems and a high tolerance for ambiguity and change.  Must be self- directed, flexible and able to prioritize.
