Description:
Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for a Huamn Resources Specialist opening to join our organization.
Day to Day:
Provide exceptional human resources support for the Chromalloy Corporate groups along with collaborating on strategic project planning and execution across the enterprise. Specific project areas include wellness, process/policy standardization and talent management.
What you will do:
- Provide day-to-day generalist support as needed to the Engineering Center of Excellence and Chromalloy corporate employees.
- Assist in providing timely and accurate internal communication of programs, policies and new initiatives to key stakeholders and employees.
- Coordinate the campus recruiting programs which include internships and the Engineering Leadership Development Program.
- Provide recruiting support for Chromalloy Corporate – job postings, screenings, offers, pre-employment checks and on boarding.
- Assist on specific projects supporting talent management. Examples include effective internal/external use of social media or developing a compelling web presence that supports the employee value proposition /employment brand and overall communication.
- Ensure appropriate communication and local support of Chromalloy’s wellness initiatives.
- Provide regular analysis and reporting on key metric along with ad hoc requests as needed.
What you need to succeed:
Education: BA in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology or related discipline
Experience: Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in a human resources environment of similar size, scope and complexity

Skills:
- Demonstrated experience with independently managing projects and programs to successful outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience with recruiting, on boarding and campus recruiting activities.
- Ability to work independently and forge strong operating and peer relationships.
- Proficient with the MS Office suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint, ADP experience a plus.
- A relentless and versatile learner who is open to change and enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
