Palm Beach Gardens, FL; April 15, 2025 – Chromalloy, a global leader in advanced manufacturing and repair solutions for gas turbine engines, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tano J. Maenza to the role of Chief Information Officer (CIO).
In this new role, Tano will lead the overall strategy and execution of Chromalloy’s global information technology (IT) organization, including technology operations, applications, and cyber security. His leadership will be critical to accelerating the company’s innovation and growth strategies.

Tano is an experienced IT and digital transformation leader with a strong background in business process, quality, and design engineering. He specializes in enabling organizations to improve processes and drive profitability through modern technologies and transformational solutions. Prior to joining Chromalloy, Tano served as Chief Information Officer for National Air Cargo, a global cargo freight solution provider. Tano previously served as the Enterprise IT Digital Transformation Program Director at Lockheed Martin representing IT for the corporate-wide Digital Transformation Program. In addition, he held the role of CIO at GE Transportation & Emerson Electric and previously worked at Northrop Grumman.
Prior to transitioning to IT leadership, Tano began his career in Nuclear Engineering working on Aircraft Carriers & Submarines. Tano is an alumnus of Clarkson University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering.
