PALM BEACH GARDENS, Florida – June 18, 2024 – Chromalloy Corporation (“Chromalloy”), a leading independent provider of critical, high-value components for aircraft engines and gas turbines, announced today the appointment of Chris Celtruda as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), succeeding Brian Costa, who has elected to retire after more than seven years of service to the company. Chromalloy thanks Brian for his contributions that helped set a strong foundation for the company’s continued success.

Celtruda brings extensive leadership and industry experience to this role. Most recently he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Valence Surface Technologies, a global provider of specialty coatings for the aviation, defense and space end markets. Previously, Celtruda held the role of Chief Executive Officer for Kellstrom Defense, a provider of engineered products and services for the aerospace aftermarket. He has prior experience as the President of Industrial Products at Gardner Denver, Group Vice President of Aerospace at CIRCOR International, and numerous leadership roles at Honeywell Aerospace. Celtruda has extensive experience supporting the same end markets as Chromalloy, delivering mission-critical solutions for commercial and military aircraft fleets globally.
