Anna Haarten serves as Executive Vice President, Engine Component Repair Solutions (ECRS), where she leads Chromalloy’s global turbine engine repair business. She is responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, customer value creation, and the expansion of innovative repair solutions across the aviation aftermarket.

Prior to joining Chromalloy, Anna held leadership roles at Delta TechOps, most recently serving as General Manager of Engine Maintenance and Product Development, overseeing the commercial and military engine maintenance portfolio. She brings more than 15 years of aerospace experience spanning engine maintenance, repair commercialization, operational transformation, and strategic partnerships.

Anna holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
