Chris Celtruda is President and Chief Executive Officer of Chromalloy, providing leadership across all functions of the business to drive executive team development, organic business growth, business execution, change management, customer relationship management, lean manufacturing, and operations execution.  He joined the company in 2024.

Prior to Chromalloy, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Valence Surface Technologies, a provider of metal finishing technologies for commercial aviation, defense, aero-engine, space, medical and energy markets.  He was previously Chief Executive Officer of Kellstrom Defense, where he was responsible for the formation and sale of an integrated sustainment business compromising defense component distribution, engineered product PMA and SAR design, aero-structure manufacturing, and aircraft component maintenance serving military and commercial customers globally.

Mr. Celtruda has over 30 years of leadership experience, including public company executive roles at General Dynamics, Honeywell, CIRCOR International and Gardner Denver managing complex businesses in the aerospace, aero-engine, electronics, space, defense, and industrial end markets. He is an accomplished executive with expertise in business operations leadership, M&A, restructuring, and global business development.

Mr. Celtruda holds an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of business at the Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine.  Mr. Celtruda is a member of the Board of Directors of LightRidge Solutions, the Southern California Aerospace Club, GEOST, and Heinz Engineering LLC. Mr. Celtruda is active with various aviation and space professional groups, including the Wings Club, ACG, AFA, AUSA and NDIA.
