John Maffi is Executive Vice President of  Chromalloy’s Engine Component Repair Solutions (ECRS) business segment. In this key leadership role, John is responsible for the strategy, overall Profit and Loss (P&L), pricing including catalog, new product introduction (NPI) including Designated Engineering Representative (DER) project adherence, and managing demand across our Chromalloy turbine engine component repair businesses. He has over two decades of leadership experience in aerospace and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) operations, with a strong focus on driving meaningful growth and strengthened customer partnerships. John joined Chromalloy in 2012 and previously served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development (Americas) since January 2021. John holds a bachelor’s degree from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina and is a veteran of the United States Navy.
