John Menchetti is the Executive Vice President of Operations for Chromalloy.  As leader of Chromalloy Operations, John  is  responsible for global site General Managers, the management of order fulfillment, and the company’s Global Operations. He also leads Chromalloy’s safety, quality, supply chain, SIOP, and continuous improvement functions to ensure alignment and overall operations excellence.  He has extensive operating experience with particularly relevant knowledge of aero-engine turbine airfoil coating and manufacturing and engine hot and cold section component repair. John is a proven multi-site leader with a track record of success for new build and repair operations in the aerospace and industrial markets. He brings a strong background in lean operating systems and strategic and financial planning.
