1.Must be able to read, write and work with Work Instructions, and do routine mathematical calculations.
2.Must be knowledgeable and capable of operating vacuum and inert atmosphere heat-treat furnace equipment.
3.Must be capable of interpreting and following written specification and instruction on heat treatment and coating schedules for various components.
4.Must be capable of loading and unloading heat treat baskets into and out of heat treat furnaces.
5.Must be able to program furnace controller per applicable work instructions or use existing equivalent DCP 700 Programmer.
6.Must be capable of performing dew point requirements on argon and hydrogen furnaces.
7.Must be available to work weekend overtime to support heat treat schedules.
