Sadie Wackett is Chief Human Resources Officer for Chromalloy. Responsible for overall people and organizational development at the company, including Talent, Leadership and Development; Organizational Effectiveness and Design, Engagement and HR Service Delivery. She is passionate about enabling businesses to succeed by making the most of their resources and talent. Prior to joining the company in 2014 as Director, International Human Resources, she held management level HR positions across a wide range of industries including technology & engineering, consumer goods, manufacturing and media. Ms. Wackett has an MA in Personnel & Development from the University of Westminster in London, and a BA in French and European Studies from the University of Sussex, U.K.
